Nanjing Junye Process Equipment Co.,Ltd.(NJPEC) chairman Mr. Lu Weiquan and Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical Maintenance and Installation Co., Ltd. (YPMC) general manager Mr. Tao Lichun in YPMC signed long-term cooperation agreement on May 29, 2018, the signing of the agreement represents the beginning of new mode of PVHE manufacturing.
Depends on the new plant of YPMC and good conditions of logistics, combining with the NJPEC more than 30 years of pressure vessel design, manufacture and management experience, NJPEC will start in the field of large pecialized equipment manufacturing. The new plant is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018 and put into operation by the beginning of 2019, with a maximum manufacturing and transportation weight of 500 tons and a maximum diameter of 9 meters. Nanjing new factory will mainly produce large specialized equipment, such as low speed rotary equipment (blade dryer, PTA dryer), coating type heat exchanger, high temperature waste heat recovery equipment, desalination equipment and sulphuric acid core equipment, etc.
So far, NJPEC has two manufacture bases, one is Zhangjiagang factory and other one is Nanjing factory, laying a solid foundation for the future development of the company.
