The Production Line in New Plant for Heat Exchanger (ZJPEC) Have Constructed and Gone into Operation

　　The new plant named ZJPEC is set up based on Jiangnan Shahou Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., which has a thirty-year history in process equipment and widely used in petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, washing. Under strategic cooperation with NJPEC, ZJPEC passed the ASME audit in June, 2015, and got ASME U & U2 certificates. In addition, the production line is constructed at present and all equipments are commissioning, therefore, it could be put into production. In a word, through the professional division and fixed workers for fixed process, this production line must increasingly enhance the efficiency and quality, shorten delivery and much cut down the cost, and ultimately realizes “international quality level while Chinese Competitive price”.

　　现通过与南京竣业的战略合作，张家港新工厂2015年6月份通过ASME联检小组审核，已获得ASMEU&U2证书,流水线式生产线目前已经建设完成，且设施设备调试安装都已基本完成，已具备投产条件。该流水线式生产线通过固定生产工序、专人专机进行生产，效率提高、交货期缩短以及质量提升的同时使得成本较大幅度地降低，从而为实现“国际水平、中国价格”的目标奠定了良好的基础。
