Every Junye manager is directly accountable for the health and safety of employees they supervise. Equally, all employees have the responsibility to work safely.

- Train: Safe train for each post, train for emergence team, drilling for the whole dangerous situations.
- To design clean, safe sustainable facilities for our clients.
- To strive for zero occupational accidents, injuries, occupational illnesses or fatalities.
